§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to the rental of the rooms in Altenberg (Dresdner Straße 10) and the apartments in Dippoldiswalde (Bahnhofstraße 15) by Ferienwohnung Altenberg.

§ 2 Booking

We accept bookings by phone, WhatsApp or email. The contract is concluded as soon as we have confirmed the dates, accommodation, number of guests and price to you by message.

§ 3 Prices

The prices per room or apartment and night stated on this website apply. They depend on the number of guests and include all additional costs. There are no hidden fees.

As a small business (Kleinunternehmer) within the meaning of § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT.

§ 4 Occupancy

The accommodation may be occupied by no more than the agreed number of guests. In Altenberg, three guests can only stay in the room with matching capacity; in Dippoldiswalde, five guests can only stay in the apartment with matching capacity.

§ 5 Payment

The full price is due on arrival unless otherwise agreed when booking. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer.

§ 6 Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is by 10 am.

At both properties you collect the key yourself from a key box with a code (self check-in). We will send you the code before you arrive.

§ 7 Cancellation

Please let us know as early as possible if you cannot take up your stay. Cancellation is not free of charge. We will tell you the cancellation terms before your booking becomes binding.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable for damage caused by us intentionally or through gross negligence. Guests are liable for damage caused by them or their travel companions during their stay.

§ 9 Final provisions

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
